RESERVATIONS: Reservations are guaranteed upon receipt of deposit. An online request does not constitute a reservation until we contact you to confirm the booking. All our suites accommodate a maximum of 2 people.
DEPOSIT: We require your credit card information to reserve space at time of booking. We will hold your reservation with your credit card number but full and final payment is due on arrival by cash or travelers checks. If for some unforeseen reason you fail to arrive on the initial date booked you will be charged for all nights that we are not able to rebook. Stays exceeding 5 nights as well as multiple suite bookings require a 50% deposit per suite.
ACCOMMODATION RATES: All rates are quoted in Canadian funds and are based on 1 or 2 people sharing a suite.
MINIMUM STAY: 2 night minimum stay May through September unless reservation is made within a few days of arrival date and space is available.
CANCELLATION POLICY:. We do not overbook and we reserve the space just for you. For this reason you will be charged to your credit card for the entire nights reserved unless we can rebook the suite(s). Failure to arrive on the initial date of the reservation or departure prior to the last date of the reservation is subject to full payment for all nights reserved. We will do our best to re-rent the suite(s) and we will reimburse you for any nights that we are able to rebook. Please call your local agent for trip cancellation insurance to cover you in the event of an unexpected delay or cancellation in your travel plans. If you make an email or voice mail cancellation request it must be acknowledged by us to be valid.We will give you a cancellation number for your records.
CHECK IN: Between 4:30 and 6 PM. We are happy to accommodate earlier or later arrivals if arrangements are made in advance. Please call us if you are delayed.

SEASON: Open year round
ADULT ORIENTED: All suites basic on 2 persons each room,extra chage $15.00 per person for living and $10.00 for the extra breakfast
SMOKING: As a courtesy to all our guests we have a no smoking policy inside the premises.
PARKING: Free and plentiful (except special event)
PETS: We regret we cannot accommodate pets.
SPECIAL DIETARY NEEDS: Please let us know in advance if you have any special dietary needs or concerns and we will make every effort to accommodate you.
UNREGISTERED VISITORS : Sorry but we do not allow unregistered visitors in our home.
CANDLES: Burning candles or cooking in our suites is not permitted.
THINGS YOU MIGHT LIKE TO KNOW
- The legal drinking age in B.C. is 19 (proper identification is required).
- All drivers and passengers must wear seat-belts, and motorcyclists and bicyclists must wear helmets.
- Canada’s 7% Goods and Service Tax (GST) is refundable on most consumer goods purchased for use outside Canada and removed from the country within 60 days of purchase. Receipts must be a minimum of $50 each for a minimum claim of $200. Application refund forms are at all duty-free stores located on land and air border crossings in Canada. British Columbia charges a 7.5% sales tax. |
